Cross body bag purse using my own design butterfly fabric

Dear customer, I am currently staying safe at home and therefore not wanting to put myself or anyone else at risk by going out to the post office to have my parcels weighed and dispatched.
However I am more than happy, if you are, to reserve your item from the Fabric Mountain shop by taking 50% of the cost to secure it for final payment of the balance and dispatch when times return to a more normal state. If you are interested in reserving an item, please do not proceed to check out with it as checkout will request you to pay the full amount. My handmade cross body bags are created with my own range of designer fabric which I have digitally printed on to cotton or canvas. They are lined with a contrasting fabric.

The bags are of a simple, light-weight construction with no fasteners, the flap is the closure.The straps are non adjustable.There is a little pocket inside.

The bag listed here features my pretty Butterfly collection fabric in a dark, dusky lilac, it is a cotton sateen. The fabric I designed for the front of the bag has butterflies with interesting names, some are genuine butterfly names such as Red Admiral but some I named after favourite songs, for example we have the Jean Genie (David Bowie) butterfly and the Strawberry Fields (The Beatles) butterfly and then there’s the Peppermint Patty butterfly named after my favourite Peanuts character.

On the back of the bag I used another of my fabrics, this one is called Ditsy flowers and butterflies.
The lining is a jolly bird and flower fabric which I found in a favourite haberdashery shop and there is a little felt pouch pocket.

The total length of the cotton strap is approx. 120cm, it features 2 buttons embellished on it.

The body of the bag measures 17.5cm wide x 25cm in height.

The fabric has been pre-washed and shrunk, I would only recommend sponging the surface of the bag gently.
Nicely packaged to make a lovely, unique gift.
