Christmas Holly festive fabric, 3D Origami Style face mask
Description
This is a ladies size face mask in the 3D Origami Style. The 3D Origami style masks are supposed to offer more space to breathe than the simple design masks and supposedly less likely to fog your glasses. This one is made from a sweet Christmas holly and gold stars oatmeal cotton fabric, it is lined with a retro ditsy floral cotton.
Non-medical grade handmade face mask. Made using 100% cotton, double layered and with elastic ear loops, with filter pocket.
Please note that due to the personal nature of this item, I do not accept any returns, unless it has arrived damaged.
We are being encouraged to wear face masks in public to reduce transmission of viruses/germs which this handmade face mask will only provide a minimal physical barrier. It will also have the benefit of helping you avoid touching your face.
MASK USE / CARE
The best advice seems to be wear your mask for one occasion out in public, the supermarket etc where social distancing may be an issue, remove carefully before entering your car or home, have some sort of bag with you to store the ‘potentially soiled mask’ in as you take it home and then wash immediately, remembering to wash your hands of course after putting the mask in to wash.
How to care for your mask:
*Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle (40 degrees C)
*Hang to dry, do not tumble dry.
*Reshape whilst damp and Iron at a low to medium temperature
*Do not iron the elastic ear loops
To handwash the mask you can place it in soapy water and soak for two minutes, then wash and rinse. Any soap or laundry detergent will do. Wash your hands well afterwards and anything else you have touched after removing the mask. Never reuse your mask without washing it first.
